Thsy canceled my ride, didn't answer the phone when my insurance called and didnt even call fo verify that I was going to mt appointment if I didn't call to find ouf where my ride was id never known. If I give zero stars I would
Caused me to totally miss my appointment. And instead of picking them up, they tried to send an Uber who they couldn't find a driver to Go to Orlando from my Location. My Gmail transportation aleevie, said that they were supposed to contact them so that other arrangements could be made, but they did not do that. I had to reschedule that doctor's appointment and I won't be able to be seen until December of this year 2026. Thanks a lot, Leading Care Transport!
Absolutely horrible. The driver was speeding in the school zone (during restricted hours when the speed limit is 15m/h). Then continued switching from one lane to another. Completely unsafe.
Stuck behind vehicle 16 is morning and wow… I would not trust them with my loved ones. Texting/distracted by their phone the whole drive. Swerving out of the lines and hitting their breaks for no reason, other than them being distracted by their phone…. Very disappointing that this transportation service has distracted drivers like this. Do better.
Absolutely horrible company. Not only were they late, but their driver Hugo sanchez olave threw a temper tantrum, slammed the van door in my ear after screaming at me to close the door but I couldn't reach the handle, and then when we got home unloaded my mother from her wheelchair and then expected me to walk down the wheelchair ramp instead of opening the door back up and then did not wheel my mother to the front door of the apartment, and instead just drove off. He needs therapy.
