This transportation company should have its authorization to provide medical transportation seriously investigated, and I believe its license should be considered for revocation based on the repeated failures, dishonesty, and lack of accountability I have experienced. Waited for hours for them. Couldn't get through on the phones. Alivi couldnt get to them on the phones. The finally called an Uber but they reversed the trip. Instead of it picking me up and taking me home that had it show up at my house to bring me to where I already was. I was supposed to be picked by by them 11:45 am to 12:15pm.... I had no ride and was not picked up untill 5:08.
DO NOT use them!!!!!! I would do 0 stars if allowed! They are always late! Some times they dont show at all after saying they will. Then when you call enough they send uber 3 hours later! Or they are vindictive and will send that uber and have it drop you off at the wrong address! Do not use them!
I’m giving them a 1 because I can't give them -0. This company is a joke. They are always, always, always…:late and make my son lose time for his PT therapist that are so important to him. if you are using the transportation that is through Medicaid or other insurance and you can request to avoid the rides with them you should do it. When you call them to ask for the status of the ride they always lie about the arrival time.
Thsy canceled my ride, didn't answer the phone when my insurance called and didnt even call fo verify that I was going to mt appointment if I didn't call to find ouf where my ride was id never known. If I give zero stars I would
