The exam and customer service were good.
I find it very unprofessional of Dr. Roby and Dr. Ross to repeatedly hound an employee regarding their medication. Dr. Ross repeatedly asked a former employee if she had refilled her medication. Dr. Ross told said employee and threatened that if she did not get on medication for her “mistakes” she would not be allowed to keep her job. Very very sad to see a female owned and operated clinic to treat women like this behind the scenes. Will not be returning and do NOT recommend.
I love the level of care they provide here. Dr Ross was extremely thorough with my examination, which I really appreciate, as I have a family history of eye issues. The other staff were also very helpful. Beth was great in the examination process as well as in helping me resolve some insurance-related issues.
I've been going here for 10+ years. They are AMAZING ❤️❤️
Super friendly & advanced Eye care Specialist Dr. Ross was amazingly educational on cause, effect’s, remedy’s & preventions regarding eye’s health. Pricey on frames but they’re durable name brands. I am absolutely returning for routine eye exams and my glasses!!
