I thought I’d take a second to possibly talk to some people and say that I’m thankful for yall, the staff in LDP was truely like family I’ve made bonds with people and made me better over all. In conclusion I’m thankful for the experience I was given. Shoutout LDP staff, mr Mendoza, McDonald, Mrs price, and anyone else I may have forgotten you all made it better! (Ignore any butcher names)
I was here in Abraxas shelter for almost 9 months, I was very scared and nervous. I got told all bad things, but if I have to be completely honest, Abraxas has turned into my second family as much trouble as I got in. I love the staff made great bonds with everyone a huge shout out to shelter staff in particularly because they do really try their hardest to help the kids. As much as I’m happy that I’m not there anymore. I will always miss my second family. And you really do learn a lot of things being in Abraxas.
this place is terrible and should honestly just be shut down
This place does not have your child's best interest at hand. I went there when I was 14 for 6 months and I'm now 33 and still know this place does harmful mental and physical abuse.
