I really want to give them 5 stars. I bought a 2011 Ford F350 from them, got a great deal and initially Sam was great. He gave me one of the parts that were missing and promised to get me a manual and a couple of other parts. He texted and said he couldn't get me the manual but would get me the other parts. But now it's been a month or so since I got the truck and I've been texting him for the whole time regarding the parts he promised me and no response. My son searched and searched for a Toyota Tundra. Found his perfect truck at Leaders Motor in Glendale, we live in San Diego. Was well worth the 3 hour drive up there. Francis was amazing. Not pushy and very honest. Would for sure do business with Francis and Leaders Motor again.
