Everything went well until I paid off the auto loan. Leaders mailed the title via regular mail (no option for tracking) and I never received. It’s been 6 weeks, I requested a lien release via email and I don’t have that either.

Awesome branch
I swapped to Leaders following my 2X mortgage lender from another financial institution. However, after 3+ years with Leaders, I can tell you everyone there is amazing. Literally everyone who works there will go out of their way to make sure your needs are met. When you walk in, they know you on a first name basis. That speaks volumes for their customer service and still has the "small town bank" atmosphere.
