I was going to open an account with them but even though I really didn’t need a checking or savings account, the lady that called me was very unknowable, said she had a problem with my where they check your checking information, said it was frozen, even tho it was not, Chex something, then she lied and said I sent her my wrong social security number and wanted a copy of mine, either she was lazy or just inconsiderate, but nevertheless, she probably saved me a headache, went on to say I had opened several with credit union in... read more

I visited Leaders to resolve an issue in setting up a certificate of deposit. The staff was very efficient and knowledgeable, I was able to take care of the issue in a very short time and was on my way home in around twenty minutes or so. Leaders is a fine institution to do business with and I will be returning soon, I can highly recommend them to anyone.
