I was Leader's member for over ten years. I had investment accounts as well as savings and checking accounts. In the last two years, I applied for three small loans and one mortgage. They wouldn't touch any of them. Stupid part is, aside from the mortgage, the amounts I requested were less than the amounts I had in my investment accounts.They ****!

Nice People and they saved me a lot of money! Can't say enough good about Leaders. I had a auto loan at Wells Fargo for 7%, and Leaders refinanced my vehicle at 3.5%! It ended up saving me over $40 a month! I decided to open up a checking account later on and they made it really easy to switch. It's nice to be greeted by name when you come in or drive thru and they're always very helpful anytime I've got a question. Definitely give them a shot!

Efficient, Fast, Safe and Accurate I think I should add friendly to the title. When I opened an account at Leader's, I didn't realize that banking could be such a joyful experience. The tellers and loan officers are very friendly and are always available to patiently answer questions with a smile. The rates have been very competitive, too!

My husband worked with a loan officer to refinance our camper in April.This was to be in both of our names and she failed to do so.She also added debt protection for almost $50/month that we were not offered at any time by her. The electronic signature pad was not working when he went to sign documents so without permission she signed his signature later in all caps. Leaders credit union mortgage company I believe is practicing discrimination. I applied for a mortgage 4 months ago and keep getting the run around about the processor has been so busy closing and havent had time to look at my file. The originator barely, if not at all most of the time, dont answer my calls nor emails. I dont even get the courtesy of a call back or acknowledgement of my questions. Terrible customer service.
