I was Leader's member for over ten years. I had investment accounts as well as savings and checking accounts. In the last two years, I applied for three small loans and one mortgage. They wouldn't touch any of them. Stupid part is, aside from the mortgage, the amounts I requested were less than the amounts I had in my investment accounts.They ****! My husband worked with a loan officer to refinance our camper in April.This was to be in both of our names and she failed to do so.She also added debt protection for almost $50/month that we were not offered at any time by her. The electronic signature pad was not working when he went to sign documents so without permission she signed his signature later in all caps. Leaders credit union mortgage company I believe is practicing discrimination. I applied for a mortgage 4 months ago and keep getting the run around about the processor has been so busy closing and havent had time to look at my file. The originator barely, if not at all most of the time, dont answer my calls nor emails. I dont even get the courtesy of a call back or acknowledgement of my questions. Terrible customer service.
