If you want your credit pulled 3 times in 18 months, this is your guy. Will pull your credit to simply tell you "you're approved, but not for enough" or "I can't use paystubs to verify income" or "the program is dried up with funds til next year" and so on. They are endless. It always leads to him telling you to come back in x amount of months and get your credit pulled again and again and again.
