Lazy & sloppy. Youll get better results on a renovation if you found a bear, got it drunk, & tought it carpentry.
I couldn't recommend Leader more highly, based on the excellent job Chris Beecroft and his multitalented team members not only did of our deck reno, but of all other jobs that arose, including as hazardous tree removal and general trouble-shooting. The project's unexpected snags, including a carpenter ant infestation, were dealt with smoothly. Best of a8ll, each member of the team was a delight to be around. It was a good summer. Can't speak highly enough of Chris, and the carpentry magicians, danny and toru, who removed a load bearing wall for us. Communication prior, during and after job was amazing, Danny and toru went out of their way to help us with other renovations we doing at at the same. Having come from the UK where getting builders in is the wild west, this was rolls Royse service the entire time and made what was quite a stressful project as easy as possible.

Unfortunately our experience with Leader Renovation Service owner/manager Chris B. was terrible. In wanting to support local I was discouraged with the lack of professionalism and results. There were conversations about tiered services (quality of work delivered according to price of renovation) blaming the client for having too high of expectations (questioning why there was paint splotches on floor and windows, grey patches on wall etc.)and threatening statements to client about giving bad reviews for work produced.
