This has been the worst contractor experience of our lives. We got a quote from Leader Property Management (Alex) for a bathroom renovation. Alex then sent his brother Victor to do the work. Instead of completing the job, Victor gutted a fully functioning bathroom and left us with a hole in the ground, no toilet, no running water, and no walls — right before our tenant moved in.
