In 12 Years of dealing with financial institutions. I have NEVER encountered such a deceitful Person as I did with Jay Johnson ( NMLS#203324) with Leader One Financial. When asked how things were progressing on a home purchase that his client had with mine, He would never give a truthful answer. The closing had to be rescheduled THREE times due to Leader Ones incompetence's and cost the buyer more money than it should have. Andy was excellent to work with! We did the entire transaction long distance and there were no problems. If I had a question, no matter how silly (and there were a few silly ones) he answered it quickly and concisely. He did everything he could to make this a smooth transaction. Fantastic!
