He's extremely knowledgeable and has a very fun and kind demeanor. I've had some questions during this process and he even answers the phone at nights, now that's thorough. We couldn't be more pleased.
We got good interest rate locked in initially (for the market at that moment). Then, when interest rates lowered surprisingly, our lender allowed us to float down the interest rate to be more consistent with the new rates. This saved us A LOT of money over the life of the loan. I also really liked that the loan officer was very responsive when I needed assistance.
