What a great overall mortgage experience! Greg Morales at Bison State Bank was awesome and took the time to carefully walk us through the entire loan application and approval process. Being from the northeast, we had never heard of Bison State Bank before shopping for a mortgage. Bison had the best mortgage rates and waived bank fees, so we went with them and were thrilled with how it went. Don Baker and the team at Bison SB are phenomenal. Clear up front rates that beat most lenders. However, their two best attributes are transparency and clear consistent communication.
