Was working with Jim Seibold on a pre-auth for a home loan. Verified multiple times verbally and in writing this was not going to be a hard credit check. Next day, wife and I got multiple emails from our banks/credit cards telling us there was a hard pull on our account. Jim tried to say it wasn’t a hard pull and that there was a difference between a hard inquiry and a hard pull. There is not.
