Just closed on a house using Greg Morales and Bison State Bank. I was nervous about the prospect of using a bank that was out of state and that I had found online. Greg had an outstanding response time on any questions I had. Notably, he got me preapproved on a holiday weekend and later sent an updated letter at midnight on a weekend to meet an short turnaround offer deadline. Throughout the closing process the larger team was on top of deadlines and even impressed my realtor.
Greg Morales, the Loan Officer from Bison State Bank is awesome. He got us a great deal on a property purchase loan that will close today. He is very responsive via text, calls, emails. He guided us at every step of the process to ensure everything completed smoothly. Highly recommend.
