Bad experience.....was very much looking forward to using Dr. Hartzell again, Always great to see him but unfortunately was treated rudely by staff. I bought a pair of glasses and when wearing I couldn't seem to get them to stay on. I took them back and Jason worked on them to adjust...heating and bending them but when taking home it was similar...I had to constantly adjust them and felt as if left side was above my eyebrow and right jutted out to the point of sunlight shining in my eye. Why do I drive 60 miles to see Dr. Hartzell? Because he has the highest regard for my visual health and my overall being. His professional attention to detail and patient interaction is excellent!
