For more than 16 years I have had the privilege to collaborate with Dennis Szigeti and Leader Builders. During this period we have completed more than 90 homes. We had a home built by Leader Builders this year. We are experienced at this, so had very strong ideas about our project. Dennis was a good listener. We worked together to achieve a stellar product. I particularly enjoyed working with Vern Sexton, his architect and Tony, his framer. Both were true experts. I did not like the product one of his subs produced and he had it done over, which I really appreciated. I would highly recommend him as a builder.

We purchased a Mid Century Modern home from a rendering. It was our luck to have Leader Builders at the helm. Dennis Szigeti, the owner and builder, along with his wife/partner Cindy, delivered a magnificent MCM home. The home was on the Tour of Homes 2013, and earned two Best Architecture awards. The entire process, from beginning to end was a pleasure!
