Mike Szklarczyk from finance sold me a warranty that increased my monthly payment. I asked if I will still have to pay this once my car hits 100,000 miles. He said the warranty would be voided and the amount would come off my monthly payment. I’m stuck paying it every month. I’m at 107,000 miles and counting. Leader left Toyota Lincoln park, abandoned their customers, won’t answer phone calls or email. I feel so scammed. Do not buy from them
Very disappointing experience. An optional Key Protection product was added to my lease contract, but I do not recall it being clearly explained to me at signing, including the cost, coverage, cancellation policy, or whether it was optional. Leader Auto Group. Leader in nothing. lol. From the top down this group doesn’t have a clue when it comes to the automotive industry.
This review will go away when they process the paperwork so we can get a license plate. Ignoring our emails and having no one available when we drive over an hour to sort it out is unacceptable.
