WASTE OF TIME …. Ignores phone when it suits him, had me wait a week for him to come out, then announced he couldn’t help if my vehicle had a flat battery. Displayed little actual auto electrical knowledge, goodness knows how stays afloat, all the negative feedback is likely well deserved.
Came to see my VW at home today with minimal notice - he was honest and candid about the work needed, and even had the humility to discuss my alternative options. Will definitely keep in mind for future work - thanks
