Very reliable garage never let me down when fixing my cars over the years. Would highly recommend when looking for fair pricing and good quality work
Broke down in my camper less than a mile away from the garage. Explained my situation that I was miles from home but they refused to come and help me out. Nice service...Not...
Excellent knowledgeably services
Excellent service always provided by Gregg. We have only used this garage since moving to the Penicuik area and whether we have put our vehicles in for a service, MoT or other more substantial work, it has always been carried out in a timely manner and the cost has been very reasonable. Great communication with Gregg when the cars have been getting repaired also. If your looking for a local friendly garage to feel confident in getting the work done correctly then this is the one for you. 5 stars every day of the week.
Very disappointing in the long run. Customer Service deteriorates as time goes on. A shame but be aware. Positive Reviews are from a significant time ago. And now false claims made about none payment and communication issues as being consistent. As I say customer Service and attitude changes as time goes on. Just a warning to all.
