Leadbird is the worst email marketing platform we've ever used, and we've used many. Horrible, rude customer service, bait and switch tactics (they promised us new mailboxes every month and then were told there won't be new ones), and they massively messed up our first big email send. No apologies, no refunds, they couldn't care less. An agency run by amateurs that will take your money and do nothing for you. Stay away.
