My dog got quilled by a porcupine and I was advised to check in online. By the time I got there we only had to wait a couple minutes before he was examined. A few minutes later we had a treatment plan and waited a very short time before the quills were removed. The charges were very reasonable and I was very satisfied with our service there. I would highly recommend them.
I so appreciated how kind everyone was. I ended up having to put my cat down while there. They were really compassionate about it all and even sent a personal, handwritten card expressing how sorry they were for our loss! Thanks, LUVS, for being SO thoughtful - it makes such a difference during a hard time.
This was our first experience at Lead. The facility is clean and well kept. Everyone was friendly and caring. Prices were very reasonable. We will use this facility again.
Brought my 4 year old Husky "Ghost" in for a suspected UTI only to be told she needed emergency Pyometra surgery to save her life. My world turned upside down in an Instant. I can never thank Dr. Darby and the rest of the staff enough who assisted in the surgery as well as the way they treated me during this very emotional and difficult time. Start to finish this was a 5+ star experience during a very stressful situation. From the first phone call to the follow-up, everyone at Leads was absolutely amazing. Our boy can be a little reactive, but both the tech and the doctor handled him with so much patience, kindness, and professionalism. They made us feel comfortable, never rushed us, and truly cared about our boys wellbeing. We are so grateful for the compassion and level of care we received.
