Extremely kind staff and a calming atmosphere! Our 18 week old ragdoll Novah had a bout of vomiting and they walked us through the care they would provide. We are an immunocompromised family and I am in life long cancer treatment, so they wore masks to accommodate us, which shows they care about accessibility. Novah is now eating, playing and cuddling again. FYI He also had a mild cut so he’s wearing a cone collar in the picture Thank you to Lead!
If I could put 0 stars I would. I had only heard good things about LEADS and the owner (coming from my last dogs physical therapist who is local)... so when my current dogs breathing got worse then it had been (he saw his regular vet the week before). I knew we needed to get it checked out now. I drove from.Manchester to Concord to go to this urgent care because I had heard how good it was. I don't usually write reviews, but the care we received here deserves recognition. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. When our older cat was experiencing kidney problems, we were scared and overwhelmed, but the staff made us feel comfortable and supported throughout the entire visit. We never felt rushed or pushed aside, and we always felt that our pet was in loving, knowledgeable hands. They were also very transparent about pricing and helped us understand all of our options. This team was so kind and thoughtful while working with me and my 12 year old Aussie. I was able to wait in our car keeping my pup calm and feeling safe. Great communication about when I should head into the office via text and phone. Once in a patient room they were quick and efficient while providing care that made me feel like my dog was well looked after on what was a busy case load.
