We cannot thank this team enough. They truly stepped up when we needed them most. Our German Shepherd was diagnosed with pyometra and needed urgent surgery. Even though we live 1.5 hours away, we made the drive — multiple times — totaling nearly 9 hours back and forth over two days. It was absolutely worth it. Our Boston Terrier started walking around with a hunched back clearly in pain, and CAVES recommended Lead to us. I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect from a veterinary urgent care, but this place exceeded all of my expectations. The vet techs were so welcoming, and Dr. Driscoll is incredibly knowledgable. Our dog had recently been diagnosed with liver cancer about two weeks ago. We had to bring our dog Jada there this morning to be put down because she went downhill fast. We were met with a super friendly staff and Dr Driscoll. Very professional and super compassionate. I definitely appreciated all the love and support. I highly recommend going here. Thank you again.
We’ve been to Lead twice now during times our vet was unavailable and are so so pleased with the quality of care. Our dog Remy gets really nervous at the vet, and the team did such a good job making him feel comfortable. They were professional, thorough, and explained everything with such care. Highly recommend!
