FYI, If this review gets deleted, then I will contact the media. My child was with Lead team for 3 years. We gave full trust for first 2 years and did our best to support the team. However, on our 3rd year, we found out that they were reporting more hours than what they supposed to. When we questioned about this towards the end of the contract instead of providing the answer, the coordinator was just focusing to renew the another year.
