Lead Dog is about as talented as a lead weight. If you’re considering using them for any upcoming projects I would strongly encourage you to keep looking. I am a local carpenter and had to come in behind this builder to fix a lot of the work he was paid to do. I couldn’t believe what these ppl are getting away with. If you want snake oil then he’s your guy.
This is a first-rate contracting manager who can help you with all of your building needs. Lead Dog is very easy to work with, they are easy to communicate/stay in touch with, they show up on time, leave the site clean afterwards, and fully vet all of the subs to operate in the same way. Highly recommended for build/design/renovate. You will see their signs and quality work all over Monmouth County. Thanks to the whole team for the advice and execution, (and of course staying on budget!). A++
