John did a great job on a home remodel. What was initially a small project quickly turned into a large one when our home was flooded. John was responsive and flexible and able to get our home restored into better condition than pre-flood.
We used them for a couple of 6-figure jobs. The quality of the work was good, but always slow and always more expensive than in the bid. We received a bid for a third project with a guaranteed ceiling psqft price that increased 40% just before permitting. When we opted to go with another company with better pricing Lead submitted an invoice for over $1,000 to cover their costs for submitting the proposal (the one where they increased their pricing 40%).
