Nancy was very patient and very helpful, but it was a little stressful when she asked for paperwork and then she kept asking for more and more. I think it would be better when you just give us a list of all the paperwork that we need. But overall, she is great. She’s wonderful.

I have worked with Leachman Home Loans since 2001when they helped finance my first purchase on the Central Coast. Since then, I have completed 3 refinance loans with their help. Every time the process has gone smooth with no hiccups. They have always been fair about current interest rates and what direction they felt they were headed when it came to locking in a rate. I would definitely use them again in the future.
