I went into the Meridian St. Luke's Hospital ER on March 23rd of this year between 1:30-2:30pm because I could not get sleep at night while laying down for bed due to coughing up blood and mucus, having severe dizzy spells, migraines vomiting ect. I informed the ER doctor that came into the room that I was having these issues at night while I was trying to sleep. He ordered a cat scan a GI cocktail for the severe acid reflux I was experiencing at that time as well and some kind of IV in my left arm, and one x-ray of my chest... read more

For four years I had received great service with same day results. This year I had to go to the third floor high risk breast cancer service to receive my annual mammogram. Still waiting for results, I was told that there had been a lot of mammograms done and the radiologist was on vacation. I seriously doubt there is only 1 radiologist for st Luke’s in Meridian. The check in person and technician were very nice. However still waiting for results after 5 days and this show me how non compassionate and poorly manage that depar... read more

Nice check in staff and technician.  Extremely poor service when it comes to receiving results Anyone who is use to get results the same day at st. Luke’s then are told “oh there has been a lot of mammograms done and the radiologist is on vacation” is a poor excuse .  There is no compassion for patients who have had cancer or at high risks for cancer.  I am extremely unsatisfied with service received for this year..2026.

I brought my father here when he was in such severe pain. He could not recline or use his bed. His Dr was Christina Fresten. She was not willing to control his pain with more than morphine. She wanted to send him home stating he couldn't tolerate tests was too old and fat to treat. She would not order ortho or neuro consult. We had to go to St Lukes Boise. Where they gave him dilated which controlled his pain enough for testing and using a bed. Then did back surgery. He is now home with no pain. If you are not feeling w... read more

My father needed assistance this morning in the emergency room. Unable to call a nurse himself, I hung up the phone and called the hospital. I allowed the phone to ring 100 times in the emergency department over the course of nine minutes and 41 seconds. Nobody answered.

We had no choice in seeing this physician as we were in the hospital at St. Lukes but I have never seen a physician be so arrogant and rude before. He acted like the choices we were making in our care were not our choices and we should be railroaded into doing it how he sees that we should. If you have a choice do not chose him. You will thank me later for that.

I took my daughter to the ER on 4/22/24. We arrived at 1707 and were triaged at 1717. I told them she had asthma; her albuterol was ineffective, and her O2 saturation was 89-91% unless she was sitting straight up, that she was dropped off from her grandmother's house with audible breath sounds, retractions, and that before her albuterol her HR was 160, RR 50, and O2 was 89%. I also stated she was complaining of feeling short of breath. Since her O2 was 96% during triage while she was sitting straight up, the nurse sent us to... read more
