Wonderful apartment and facilities
i love the amenities! the staff was amazing, and the property is beautiful!!
Do not be fooled by the pretty blue paint. This place is a nasty, roach infested, trash heap that sees virtually zero upkeep and the leasing manager just passes the buck onto her subordinates to avoid any accountability. Several of the amenities are broken and left to rot. The trash compactor is constantly broken so trash is always piling up outside of it and it reeks. I keep my apartment pristine and yet roaches still come in from the vents and it takes 10-30 business days to get any kind of maintenance in because the maint... read more
Initially thought this property was a nice location for a reasonable price recommended to me by extended family, but i was proven wrong. The car wash amenities are broken despite being advertised, and the dog park is in severe disrepair.The trash compactor breaks down often, either because of mechanical failure or because people dump random furniture inside.
