Application process was a hassle and took me a week to get a final move in quote. They want $4600 at move in based on conditional approval for a 3rd floor apartment at $2100/month. Meanwhile another apartment complex I am approved for is only $3200 for a townhouse with an attached garage at $2600/month. Unless you have completely perfect credit, I'd look elsewhere. Leasing agents are completely nice. The move in price is just outrageous for such a cheap apartment.
The staff; Brenda, Paige and Brooke are absolutely incredible! They made the application process extremely smooth. They all are willing to step in for each other for a very customer centric experience. I highly recommend Lea Woodstock.
Please believe the negative comments about the roaches I literally toured this place and we saw two roaches during the tour the people aren’t lying
I've been at The Lea Woodstock for just over three months and have been very pleased thus far. My first contact was with Paige, who listened to my needs and chose the perfect unit for me. The gals in the rental office clearly do their best to be helpful and to keep things running smoothly. My maintenance requests (I've had only two minor issues) have been addressed quickly. I recently came in for a tour and just wanted to share how impressed I was with the staff! Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful—answering all of my questions and making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be applying when I’m ready to move in!
