Didn’t give me iron meds when I was low on iron. Negligent practice as they didn’t uphold their duty of care.
Have been a patient of this surgery for over 30 years and despite all the changes that have happened and all the strain that Covid caused i have always found this surgery to be wonderful and extremely helpful . All of the receptionists are very helpful and i have always found that they respond well when they are talked to and not shouted at !! Waste of time. Doctor won’t prescribe me medication which I’ve been given previously as I have mobility problems and can’t get into the surgery. Although I’ve been give this medication many times before doctor still expects me to walk on my hands and knees to get there. No consideration for patients health and now I’ve just been left without medication. Made a complaint and going to change me go practice
