UNPROFESSIONAL. Rude staff that answer with attitude and don’t let you talk.
Amongst a few times of the receptionist being rude the drs here are good. Although I don’t agree with only doing one more ultrasound considering I’ve had preclampsia in the past and there supposed to monitor every week to two weeks after 24 weeks. And then when they have appointment all they do is check the babies heart and say have a good day. And how can you know something’s okay with my baby when you can even see anything on the ultrasound besides his head popping through ?
I love these ladies. They made my pregnancy amazing.
I have had nothing but trouble with this office for the last few months. Dr. Sayago never put notes in my charts for all 9 of my visits on top of the incompetence to get things done in a correct or timely matter. She literally gave my new doctor nothing to go off of from my charts on each visit which has messed up my disability and now I am on the verge of losing my job for her because of incompetence I will never recommend her or this office. I was given the run around for weeks.
Have been going there for about 8 years.Twice was for labor and delivery. The lady's at the office and the Doctors are very kind and professional. Highly recommend.
