Lived there 7 years and seen the maintenance guy once. I have had my kitchen cupboard doors fall off, drawer faces fall off. You can feel a constant breeze in my unit because improper weathering. My dishwasher hasn’t worked for 3 years. My balcony sliding door doesn’t even lock. I sprained my ankle when the rotting deck gave way. There’s never anyone in the office. The manager lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She’s nice to men but watch out if you are female. This place is ant infested and has a huge rodent problem... read more
There are roaches everywhere you go in this place doesn't matter which apartment you are in also they don't let you keep pets here without approval from the owner so I have to keep my pet goat a secret.
