L.E. Whitford installed an electric strike on our front door about a year ago. It had issues with sticking almost from day 1. They were called several times and only succeeded in charging us without addressing the issue. I suspect the strike they installed is defective. We'll find a reputable locksmith to replace it. From our experience, L.E. Whitford is overpriced and under delivers.
