Very low quality product and service. Replacement thermos lasted only four years. Had ten year guarantee, their employee came and verified defective, took measures, then never came back to replace the thermos under guarantee. THREE MONTHS later, still no replacement window. Every time I call, they say they don't know about this, will check and call me back, then never call back. Now headed to small claims court. What a hassle. Stay away from these dishonest people.

L'équipe devrait vraiment faire un effort pour augmenter ses heures de services, offrir un meilleur accueil à sa clientèle et avoir du respect pour ses clients, quels qu'ils soient. Elle devrait aussi respecter certaines échéances et ne pas se faire prier pour effectuer un travail pour lequel elle se fait payer. Pas du tout satisfaits.
