I guess it could be worse but really not good. Zero security! Two doors have locks that continually break and the door is wide open all weekend. Frequent no hot water with no warnings. Frequent fire alarm drills. Management is arrogant and condescending and not helpful most of the time. Had a bicycle stolen, had a flood, had to move apartment because of loud, rowdy and aggressive neighbours, and the list goes on and on.....
Rude management/employee. Hang up on a phone call just because I was asking if you speak English. If you are not bilingual then why you work as management? Take your money elsewhere that respect you.
