really wanted to give Le’Vi Nail Salon multiple chances, but today was the absolute last straw. While the actual nail technicians are sweet and do their best, the ownership and management are completely unprofessional. I had a scheduled 9:30 AM appointment for a gel manicure. I cannot recommend this place enough! I have been coming here for years, and every single visit has been an amazing experience. The owners are absolutely wonderful, welcoming, and always go above and beyond to accommodate their clients and make sure everyone has the best experience possible. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about this salon, Deb & Phil (owners), and their staff. They have accommodated to the needs of every client that walks through their doors and makes sure they are always taken care of. Throughout these 10 plus years, I have had the pleasure to build friendships with the staff and owners and enjoy every second I’m there. The salon is always clean, happy, and welcoming and I could not recommend them more!
I’ve been going to the salon for over 25 years and it is amazing! The salon is beautiful, the staff is wonderful and so talented. Phil and Deb have created a top notch salon and with exceptional customer service.
I’ve been going for a little over a year now and I’ve never had a bad experience. I really enjoy the clean and well kept atmosphere, as well as the owner Debbie who always remembers everyone’s names I feel that it’s really personal and it’s something I’ve always enjoyed.
