Very rude and uncourteous owner. I have had a few bad hair experiences over the decades but to the point where a stylists gets unnecessarily confrontational and defensive with long rude tactless texts to me - is a first - simply because I had asked that she provide a text confirmation on the rate we agreed to have my hair extensions refitted, since a previous hair dresser had overcharged me regardless that she had refitted less extensions than normal. Taylor Dreger is the best! She pay attention to details and that is very important when comes to bob haircut. Not all hairdressers can get it right. I'm so happy with my haircut. I'm getting so many compliments. The salon has a friendly vibe. Everyone is very nice. I'll definitely return.
I brought my daughter in for extensions. She had severely damaged hair from at home bleach. I could not believe the miracle Kelli pulled off!! The color came out perfect! No Orange or brass, just beautiful blonde. The extensions were undetectable and her hair looked so healthy and beautiful. Thank you
