The management was a lot better before, mind you it was not that great either. They never answer their phone/emails or the portal. They raised the rent significantly for the Tenants to experience this service? The problems in the units do not get fixed or take forever to get fixed now. I’ve had a problem that has been “in process” for 3 months now. What’s the point of a company phone if no one ever answers? The leasing team never responds to any calls or emails, I’ve been trying to reach them through call or email since 2 months and there’s no response.
