Dr Le put in stat referral for my 21 year old son's surgery, he was in extreme pain. Surgery WAS approved the NEXT day by our HMO. INEPT office refused to get busy and make the hospital surgery date and it's been ONE WEEK since the visit. I spoke to the rude office manager and she said they had other stat patients, what, so many that she can't schedule a surgery? I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here.
