I brought my 2016 Honda Civic to this shop in December 2025 at around 245,000 km due to an engine code and an AC system not blowing cold air. Since the engine code disappeared, they said they couldn’t diagnose it, which I understood, so I asked them to diagnose the AC instead. When I got my car back, it appeared they had only refilled the AC system rather than properly diagnosing the issue, yet I was still charged for both the refill and a diagnosis.
