You do not deserve 5 star rating with the new manager, who is being disrespectful.
The new managers Oliver and Sam need to pull their straps. Wrongfully wiring my money to themself when I left and having the audacity to say it’ll take a month to ship me a check of over 3k? I miss the previous manager. Other apartment bug ‘features’ Like most apartments complexes, they decide when AC and heating are turned on to work. Air conditioning is central, thus on hot days, it’ll take a few days to be switched on to work (plus they don’t work weekends). Maya and Oliver are very decisive and kind. I have had a problem with the heating and the problem is resolved no later than the day after my report.
