Mention spéciale à Ivan, le technicien de maintenance rapide, disponible, hyper serviable et vraiment efficace. Un vrai pro. Well-maintained and clean space, with management that is proactive in addressing issues, even though I had very few.
I have to begin with a very enthusiastic “wow!” I worked with Alain Arab in the process of applying for an apartment and getting situated over the month of travel. He was not only beyond helpful, but he made sure that we had access to the building and everything we needed while navigating a very large move. Coming all the way from Los Angeles, CA to Montreal, QC, I could not have asked for a better and relieving experience while finding a new home. I’ve been living in this building for two years now, and as my lease ends this month, I’m happy to say we’re staying! The building is always super clean, and anytime there’s a maintenance issue—plumbing, electricity, whatever—it gets fixed really fast. The management team is amazing. When we had issues with the old laundry machines, they quickly switched to a much better service.
