Incredible broth and fresh ingredients! The shrimp ramen here is truly unique—the shrimp broth is rich, savory, and packed with umami flavor without feeling overly heavy. The shrimp dumplings and fresh shrimp were cooked to perfection. Great service and clean atmosphere. If you love seafood or rich ramen broths, Le Shrimp is a must-try!

Le Shrimp Noodle Bar exceeded my expectations! We tried the new Garlic Butter Shrimp with Squid Ink Noodles, and it ended up being my favorite dish of the meal. The garlic butter sauce was rich and flavorful, the squid ink noodles were perfectly chewy, and the shrimp were fresh and juicy. We also ordered the signature shrimp noodle soup, laksa noodles, soy sauce chicken noodles, fried chicken, and shrimp wontons.
