Le Sherbrooke did a great job in marketing. The place is promoted really well- I will give them that. Luxurious, strategic location, top notch amenities. I totally agree— Right in the heart of downtown, amenities are amazing based on what I see on my visit. However, the layouts of the apartment are not questionable. The sun exposure is very limited based on the units I visited, plus the size of the oven and fridge are not acceptable. But what left a bitter taste in my mouth was their representative/ broker. This place does not feel like luxury, it feels like condo promoter greed. Here is why: *One, two or three bedrooms… whatever you live in, the bedrooms (all of them) are not big enough to fit a queen size bed without making the room difficult to circulate in. They fit as many units per floor for profits, while leaving residents walking sideways to get into bed. I have seriously never seen appartment bedrooms so tiny — it’s giving NYC struggle.
