Vidal Mercado is THE best. I was visiting from NYC and needed a last minute hair cut. I have long wavy hair and am very particular about who cuts my hair and Vidal understood the assignment. I may have to fly back every 3 months to get my hair cut. Couldn't recommend him more!
They need to have a booking online option. I call to make an appointment like months apart and each time the phone keeps ringing, goes to voicemail or gets disconnected. Please please add a book online option. Cancellations get charged a fee, people can view the availabilities it’s a win win. Please it’s 2025
J’ai appelé pour prendre rendez-vous. On m’a promis un retour de la coloriste après analyse de mes couleurs. 3 jours plus tard, aucun retour. Je trouve que clest un gros manque de professionnalisme, de promettre un retour dans de brefs délais et ne jamais contacter la cliente. J’ai pris le temps d’envoyer mes photos tel que discuté au téléphone et je suis ignoré après pendant des jours. Vraiment cheap comme service
