The location was excellent and the property felt very spacious. Valet service made parking worry-free, which was a big plus. There’s also a breakfast restaurant on-site—though even with few guests, the service was a bit slow. Still, the room was clean and comfortable, and I’d be happy to return for another stay.
It was amazing. Service was great. Paolo at the Valet desk helped us with everything and went above and beyond. Location couldn’t be better. Access to the metro was easy. Will return!
We chose this location and stayed on the 6th floor. The unit was very spacious and perfect for our family of five. Both bedrooms had their own bathrooms, and the dining area was also large and convenient. One issue I noticed is that the walls are not soundproof at all. Our neighbors happened to have several kids, and it was extremely noisy—so loud it felt like they were right beside us. The noise went on late into the night, and we didn’t rest well. We were staying in this hotel for 5 nights. On the 4th day smelly water began leaking into our room from the ceiling right as we had to leave for a show we had prepaid tickets for. Management told us the hotel was booked and there were no spare rooms so they would fix it. When we returned from the show it seemed to have stopped although the room smelled disgusting and they had not bothered to clean anything up. They had used all our toilet paper and clean towels.
