I bought balloons here two days ago and came back because one of them was already completely deflated, which honestly shouldn’t happen after only two days. Instead of standing behind the quality of what they sell, they still charged me to refill it. Then I was told “it’s only $2” okay, but it’s also only $2 for a business to refill a balloon that clearly didn’t last the way it should have. The lack of customer service over such a small issue says a lot.
Service lamentable au Le Roi du Party. Gros chiffres à l’hélium achetés le 4 mai vers 13h15, un des deux a explosé tout seul en moins de 24h (joint défectueux évident). Impossible de passer le jour même, donc je suis retourné aujourd’hui. Sur place, refus de remplacer. On me demande de repayer pour LEUR produit défectueux. Awesome service by owner and staff highly recommend
I have ordered balloons from this store a few times and am always happy with my order. Reasonable prices and a great selection. The balloon also stay inflated for a few weeks. The staff is always nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend for party supplies and balloons.
