Clean, Quiet, well maintained units.We love the amenities offered especially our in unit washer and dryer, cable, and Internet which is included in our rent is the most hassle free option of them all to Me. The staff at Le Rivage is polite, professional, and understanding to our needs which made our move from Michigan to Louisiana easier knowing that My family & I made the right choice. Thank you from the bottom of My heart for ALL that you do.
I love Le Rivage! The walk in pool is my favorite! Location, right off the interstate is great too. I like the new management too!
Le Rivage is such a beautiful apartment complex with convenient amenities such as a gym, tanning bed, dog park, a gorgeous pool with a hot tub, outdoor grilling patio and a huge clubhouse that is gorgeous and perfect to host birthday parties, baby/wedding showers, SuperBowl parties, etc. The staff and maintenance crew are all so friendly and quick to respond to any issues or repairs that need to be addressed. This apartment is a joke. They change management every other day. Do not have maintenance on call at night for emergencies. "They need to sleep" when a faucet handle breaks off and is pouring hot water. The floors are extremely thin. You can hear every little noise from the apartments upstairs. "That is just normal noise" is what what we were told when the upstairs neighbors were being extremely loud. They also do not have cameras around the outside. This apartment has completely went to crap since a new company bought it. Maintenance is slow even in emergencies. Bottom units are LOUD, I can hear every single noise from the upstairs neighbors at all hours of the day and night. We have tried to nicely talk with the neighbors and they called the police saying we do not live there. We spoke with the cops and they said to get in touch with the apartment office so nothing escalates.
