I came over recently from Fern Crossing another UL Coleman property. I hated leaving Fern and the incredible staff at Fern but I wanted more space and to relocate. I can say the staff, management at Le Rivage is just as superior!! UL Coleman is top of the line!
I scheduled a tour for 3 Bedroom with sharing all the required details such as move in date etc. and received the confirmation and even a reminder of my visit. However, when I reached there as per my scheduled visit time, I was told that no 3 bedroom apartment is available as per my move in date. It is understandable if 3 bedroom is not available and that's fine but why schedule the tour if you do not have it available.
I can't recommend Le Rivage to anyone! The bottom floor units are extremely noisy!! Very thin walls and floors! You hear every foot step and ball bounced above you, very poor job of vetting the potential renters. I've made numerous +20 calls to Management but no resolution! I guess their hands are tied? As far as it being secure, the gates are broken more than not, more than once I've walked out to vehicles on blocks with no wheels!! I wanted to live here a year or so longer, but enough is enough. Would not recommend living here. Constantly working on the outside of the buildings but would rather cover up what’s growing in the walls.
