Absolutely Fed Up — New Buyers, Be Warned If you're thinking about buying here, look closely — especially at the back alleys behind the lane homes. It's a mess. No one is maintaining the roads — not the city, not the developer, not the builder. And nobody seems to take responsibility for it. It's disgusting. Worse, take a look at the pictures. I have Worst experience after purchasing home in Le rev. Tons of issues. I had submitted lots of complaints from last 6 month, more worst when service Q person call and start to talk with you in intense tone before fixing problem. Most of the time only one service guy comes and give you hard time to fix the problem.

Little pricey homes but over all rating is good, this is new and small nice community on mail road.
