Second time coming here the guy did first time was great but the lady this time cut my finger and then left a bubble inside the nail color and now it came off when I wash my hand just got them done yesterday not happy will return to get fix hopefully they won’t charge me because it was there mistake not mine
Right as you walk in you can tell this place hasnt been cleaned or kept up in a while. The nail polish is old and gummy. All of the colors we wanted were separated in the bottle or hardly had any left. Against our better judgement we stayed. Utensils arent taken from a sterilized bag or sterilizing unit. One item was grabbed off of the cart. Containers are dirty on top. When we sat down there was a fake nail and another piece of nail from a prior client in a small basket in between our seats!!! This place was phenomenal! I went here with my best friend to get our nails done together. She got a pedicure and manicure and I got acrylics. This was my first time getting my nails done and my nail tech, Lily, was extremely lovely and talented. Her work is so beautiful and she was so attentive to me and other customers coming in. You can tell she is highly skilled at what she does and her work is lovely. All I requested was square French tip acrylics with flowers and she went above and beyond with the designs.
