Our son worked with Laura at Le Petite Foxes twice weekly during the 2020-21 school year when he was in third grade. He benefitted tremendously from his time there, particularly with his handwriting. He has dyslexia and some other learning challenges, and Laura's approach was perfect for him. He also has significant sensory issues, so she taught him how to manage them using fidgets, crash pads, gym equipment, and a seemingly bottomless bag of tricks. Laura is a fantastic therapist who truly understands kids. My son participated in a social skills group at Le Petite Foxes to improve his emotional responses to difficult interpersonal experiences. Laura made the group fun while providing the opportunity to work on hard problems. She connects well with kids and they inherently trust her.
I can't recommend Le Petite Foxes enough! We have been seeing Laura, the phenomenal owner of this practice for just over a year now. She is through, creative and incredibly knowledgeable. She will help your child reach new goals, always using creative and fun tools. Our son LOVES his individual and group therapies. All the COVID Precautions are in place too! We had a wonderful experience Le Petite Foxes. Laura was not only great at providing excellent OT for our son, but she was so helpful in guiding us through speech therapy and other resources. Our son loved his sessions and would run to her office. It was clear that Laura viewed us as more than just clients; we felt like she as an extension of our family.
