She’s a baddie ….
I loved going to CeeCee she gets my hair perfectly everytime! My little girl and I ran into some very hard times so we had to leave Tracy it became hard to get her sometimes and she had to let me go sadly. Now we are back and closer hopefully she’d be willing to take me back once in awhile. She always got my hair perfectly I was with her for years I’d love to see her and Chevy again!! Her shop is decorated so cute! I miss her so much and our talks. She’s awesome!
My family has followed Cecilia from shop to shop for close to 20yrs and now we’re so proud of her for having her own place. She’s kind, friendly, and can complete exactly what you ask for. Using pictures really helps too. She cares about every costumer and it’s very endearing.
