Poor experience with Michal. 495$ service for full head highlights and haircut. She won't weave for highlights, no full head coverage of highlights. Does not know what color is best, trying to get it right only, by chance. Showed a picture for my haircut, we agreed upon it, but halfway she decides to do what she knows when layering long hair. Layering long hair meant the hair on the sides of my head were at 4 inches in length.??? Catastrophic. Not a professional stylist or colorist.

I wanted to cover grey roots with my natural colour. The colour went brassy. A toner didn't help. I had to get all of my hair bleached. I've now spent over $500 and my hair is damaged, frizzy and tangled. The most the salon would do was give me $80 off a balayage and I need 1-2 more to fix the colour. I will be paying $800 + when I only wanted to cover roots. I have spent thousands here over many years so I am really disappointed that the salon would do so little to help fix the situation. I got my roots done here and they turned a brassy orange after a week or two. I expected that the salon would fix the colour at no charge as they are upscale and I have spent many thousands of dollars there over the years. I do not mind if a colour doesn't turn out (and it did look good at first), but I do think the salon should offer to fix it if it turns orange. I also don't want to make a stylist work for free; I think the salon owner should pay the stylist in these situations (which is not the case at LPS). However, I pa... read more

I am a new customer to le Petit Salon, I saw Cassie for a balayage and she did a wonderful job and I am beyond happy with my results. Definitely the stylist to see if you are a blonde! Thank you again Cassie, I absolutely love my hair!
