J’ai amené mon Nissan Kicks 2023 chez Nissan Île-Perrot pour une inspection en mai. Une fuite de liquide a été détectée, mais malgré mes appels et courriels, personne ne m’a recontacté. La situation s’est aggravée et j’ai dû faire remorquer le véhicule moi-même chez Spinelli. Aucun geste commercial, aucune excuse, et une réponse accusatoire quand j’ai exprimé ma déception. Amazing customer service from Nicolas and Jonathan. I leased a beautiful Nissan Ariya thanks to them. I really enjoyed Nicolas’s honesty and he wasn’t pushy at all which I greatly appreciated. He was very informative and allowed me to process the information to make an informed decision. I visited 3 other dealerships but nothing compared to the excellent service I received from their team. I was also surprised that I was able to receive my car after 1 week from signing the papers.
