I never actually received the service. First off I should have been skeptical because they requires a deposit, most professional don’t require a deposit before you even receive the services. Long story short, I had an emergency and called the day of my appointment to reschedule for safety reasons. I encountered one of the rudest owners o have ever spoken with. The experience was awesome, serene, and very professional. She started off telling me about the process, what will happen during the process and the end of the process. She made me feel comfortable and even ask me during any time do I have any questions. She had a cuttery bored with hors d'oeuvres on them waiting for me and soft music playing in the background.
